Phone Follow-up: Fine Bubble Aeration Diffuser Renovation Saves Electricity Costs to Cover Investment

On the afternoon of May 9th, we followed up on a fine bubble aeration diffuser renovation project finished last September.

This project targeted the secondary aerobic tank. We replaced 394 sets of fine bubble aeration tube (DN50500mm2 per set), and upgraded the original galvanized air pipeline to 304 stainless steel pipe, perfectly matching the supporting fine bubble aeration diffuser system.

The client was thrilled with the actual operation effect — a straight-up win: 1,000 RMB in daily electricity savings, thanks to the stable performance of the fine bubble aeration diffuser.

Annual electricity savings hit 360,000 RMB — more than enough to cover the full renovation cost of this fine bubble aeration diffuser project.

With the 304 stainless steel pipeline upgrade, overall service life is greatly extended. Aeration performance will grow less efficient after 7–8 years, and only the aging membrane of the fine bubble aeration diffuser needs replacement, with no extra pipeline expenses.
